Update: What's new with the Shackett's

Well if you haven't already heard we are putting our house up for sale. We wanted to find something a little smaller where we dont have to deal with our ten acres of land! Also we only have 3-4 kids living at home now instead of the 6.

Charlie is looking forward to his schools being out for the summer because things in the office will start to slow down a bit. Plus it gives him even more time for golfing. He was recently called to the high council and is enjoying it so far.

I (Kim) also look forward to the end of school because I am through with my job for a few months. I work for a company that specializes in caps and gowns and other graduation products for graduation is a busy time of year for us. I am in charge of relief society dinners and have one coming up so if you have any good recipies for a big group send them my way.
Ashley is excited to be done with dental hygiene school she only has 3 more weeks left in school and then will be moving to join her husband Ryan in Texas who has been working there for a few months.

Brock and Cole are both selling alarm systems for Pinnacle in Pleasanton CA. Both have visions of becoming millionares. When they come back Brock will continue at BYU-I to find out what he wants to major in. Cole will start back with his plumbing school and working with a plumbing company.

Jayde will be working for School District 93 on the painting crew this should give her some money for gas and school clothes for the next school year.

Logan, in addition to begging for rides to his friends house everyday, he is going to Camp Magical Moments (for children who are cancer survivors) and scout camp.

Hayden just got her tonsils out and is recovering very well. She loves to color, play with her toys and beat everyone at memory. She is very excited for swimming lessons.

I never thought I would be writing my own blog because I dont think I have anything to blog about, but Ashley insisted. She is moving far away from us and wants to be updated. Ashley was here for memorial day weekend and she set this page up for us.
Hayden had fun helping to make a chocolate dessert. Yum!
